With five minutes to go, and the tie heading to extra-time, Cesc Fabregas shocked the San Siro with a fine strike to put the Gunners one-up. In injury-time Emmanuel Adebayor finished at the back post after great work by Theo Walcott to confirm a famous win. AC Milan had never before lost to an English team in the San Siro.
